Summary:
Under the guidance of a Senior Marketing Manager, is responsible for the development and execution of brand strategy for assigned brand(s).
Responsibilities:
- Determine priority and extent of advertising and promotional programs for each product and assist in the development and implementation of such programs.
- Analyze performance of each assigned product in terms of profitability, volume contribution, spending, etc and make recommendations to ensure financial targets are met.
- Identify and advance brand-building initiatives.
- Manage projects to deliver desired results on time and on budget.
- Provide input to marketing and operating planning process in accordance with company objectives.
- Manage brand forecasting and assigned marketing budget.
- Recommends appropriate market research studies.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years Consumer Packaged Goods marketing experience
- Ability to translate consumer insights into effective programs
- Demonstrated business acumen leading to progressively more responsibility and a track record of success

Background: DOE has two federal offices at Hanford -- the Richland Operations Office (RL) and the Office of River Protection (ORP) -- each of which oversees separate contracts held by private companies. With a workforce of approximately 11,000 and an annual budget of about $2 billion dollars in fiscal year 2003, Hanford cleanup operations are expected to be complete by 2035 or possibly 2025.
Job Summary: The Office of River Protection (ORP) is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to fill its Contract Attorney-Advisor position to provide legal services on all matters arising from procurement activities at the ORP; serve as a subject matter expert within the ORP Procurement Division in the area of procurement law, and provide counsel on these issues and determine the legal soundness, accuracy and protection for the legal, financial, and other interests of ORP and DOE concerning these matters; deal with contracts of all types involving the engineering, construction, and operation of major research and industrial facilities, management of major scientific and development programs, and environmental restoration programs; and handle claims and litigation involving multi-millions of dollars. The scope of legal services rendered covers many areas such as Federal, state, and administrative law, litigation, contracting, labor, employment, environmental, real and personal property, security, and Federal agency regulatory, proprietary, and internal functions.
Public Sector Director
Scope of Position: Practice Directors are responsible for managing complex engagements, ensuring that deliverables meet client requirements, qualifying client expectations and insuring engagement team works to meet/exceed expectations. The Public Sector Director will have the responsibility of developing practice strategy, quality, and client satisfaction for business in city/county government, K-12 public school districts, and Higher Education.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate Solid understanding of the company including organization, mission, goals, lines of business (SAP, Oracle, i2)
- Build business, personnel, and administrative infrastructure in region, line of business, or specialty area to support and achieve the goals, strategies, and objectives set by Senior Management
- Lead hiring and staffing efforts for region, line of business, or specialty area
- Meet and or exceed revenue objectives (billings/bookings) set by senior management
- Demonstrate solid ability to run day to day operations on projects in region, line of business, or specialty area
- Proactively identify, build, and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and subordinates; produce profitable and referenceable accounts.

Technical Director
The Technical Director must be familiar with the architecture, development toolset and current direction of technology solutions from Oracle, SAP and i2. This includes database, tools and applications relating to ERP, E-Business, Data Warehousing and Customer Relationship Management (CRP). Awareness of major third-party extensions to these applications is required as well. This person will help determine the technical component of full-service business solutions offered by the company. Approximately 10% travel is required. Duties include:
- Manage and expand the company's technical consulting services based on Oracle, SAP, i2 SQL-Server, Unix and NT technologies.
- Administer the consulting technical staff including education plans, career growth, compensation plans and scheduling.
- Perform technical sales support functions including development of value statements for products and services and responses to proposals.
- Internal and external presentations and demos on tools and solutions.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with vendors, client Information System executive staff and other consulting firms.
- Oversee internal technical projects such as intranet development and reusable code repositories.
- Oversee internal development of solution templates for information access and e-business.

Consultant/Sr. Consultant

REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS CONSULTING
Must have experience in any of the following:
